Meet Anna

Anna's Background

Anna Limoges, partner and co-founder of Halbach|Szwarc Law Firm, is originally from Littleton, Colorado and moved to South Dakota in 2001. She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a minor in psychology before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law, graduating with High Honor. During law school, Anna served as a graduate assistant to two professors, was published twice, and held the position of Managing Editor for the South Dakota Law Review.

Anna practices general litigation at Halbach|Szwarc Law Firm, working closely with clients to help them understand the litigation and trial process. Her strong personality and drive enable her to find creative solutions to legal problems and advocate effectively for her clients. Anna's dedication to her clients and her profession is evident in her active participation in the State Bar Association of South Dakota, where she serves on the Civil Pattern Jury Instruction Committee and the Law School Committee.

Anna lives just north of Beresford, South Dakota, with her husband, two children, and two golden retrievers.
