Meet Christal

Christal's Background

Christal Schreiber, a South Dakota native from Selby, began her legal career after earning her paralegal degree. She spent nine years in St. Louis, Missouri, before returning to South Dakota and furthering her education at the University of Colorado with an additional paralegal degree. Christal has diverse experience in the legal field and supports the litigation team at Halbach|Szwarc Law Firm in family law and civil litigation.

Christal is an active member of the South Dakota Paralegal Association and has served as its past Vice President. When not working in the legal realm, she operates her personal training studio, cycling studio, and nutrition club. Christal is also a dedicated mother and grandmother, enjoying time with her five children and seven grandchildren.
