Elizabeth's Background
With more than a decade of legal experience, Elizabeth provides thoughtful, strategic guidance to individuals, families, and business owners. As a trusted advisor, she helps her clients navigate the complexities of estate planning, business succession, and estate administration, crafting personalized solutions that align with their long-term goals.
Originally from North Dakota, Elizabeth and her family moved to South Dakota, where she earned both her undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of South Dakota. She is admitted to practice in both South Dakota state and federal courts.
Elizabeth is an active member of the Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council and the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section. She is deeply committed to remaining at the forefront of legal developments, which enables her to provide the highest level of service to her clients. In recognition of her dedication to expanding access to legal services, Elizabeth has received multiple service awards throughout her career.
Outside of her practice, Elizabeth remains engaged in her community, continuing to support initiatives that promote legal access and community development.
